Most Temple & Spark pieces are handmade to order, so here's what to expect for build times, delivery options, and costs.

Build & lead times

Because each piece is made to order, please allow approximately [X–Y weeks] for your order to be built before it ships or is scheduled for delivery. We'll keep you updated, and you'll receive an email when your order is on its way. Larger or fully custom builds may take longer; we'll confirm an estimate with you.

Delivery options

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. They currently include:

  • White-glove freight delivery (coordinated through USHIP) — for nationwide delivery of larger pieces.
  • Local delivery within the Los Angeles area.
  • Local Los Angeles delivery with professional installation.
  • Free pickup at our Los Angeles shop.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate per delivery method, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. White-glove freight reflects the cost of careful handling and delivery of heavy, finished furniture. Shop pickup is free.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Local delivery and installation options are available in the Los Angeles area. If you're outside our standard delivery area or have a special request, contact us at support@templeandspark.com before ordering and we'll see what we can arrange.

Tracking & delivery

You'll receive an email when your order ships, including tracking details when available. For freight and white-glove deliveries, the carrier will typically coordinate a delivery window with you.

Inspecting your delivery

  • Please inspect your piece at the time of delivery.
  • If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt where possible and keep all packaging.
  • Report shipping damage promptly so we can make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy for the claim window and process.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged, our Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle repairs, replacements, and refunds.
